  I first met Dain outside my home about two months ago. He struck me then as a decent guy with a passion for people and property. We discussed the home in some detail and had a look around. We agreed to some basic terms and he contacted … More a contractor that he likes to work with. That person happened to be in the neighborhood and came over to have a look at the inside and outside of the house with us.
  Both Dain and the contractor were satisfied with the property and my account of its current title and ownership. He made me a respectable offer, and after some straightforward negotiations, we agreed to some modest enhancements. We shook hands and he sent a contract to my wife and me via email that very day.
  There were no surprises. My wife and I signed the contract. Although the first closing date was not met, partially because we delayed two weeks to help our renters exit and partially because their initialed financing had a hiccup, Dain assured us that he did not want to back out or to renegotiate. He sent us a new contract with similar terms to reset the deal. We decided to hang in there with Property Pals and sign the new contract.
  I am happy to report that we closed early on the amended contract. Dain always did what he said he was going to do. Throughout the process, he kept us in the loop and Informed us of progress (and regress) at regular intervals. I have talked with several potential cash buyers over the last year. Property Pals is my favorite. I can commend them (Dain, Sam, and Alex) without hesitation. These are quality people. We would do business with them again.

They were very patient with me, showed empathy throughout the process, explained everything regarding the process, answered any and all questions that I had, kept me up to date with new information, delays, etc, and just overall was exemplar in their customer service and professionalism with handling business. As long as you do your part in the process, they'll do theirs. Samuel A., Dain L., and Alex were all great to work with. They lessened unnecessary stress, and respected my grieving process.
